Non-planar printing challenges conventional slicing by generating toolpaths that move simultaneously across all three dimensions, resulting in variable layer distances throughout the print.
By combining different clay bodies and pigmented clays, this method produces a marble effect in which the printing motion generates lively and playful color variations across the object.
