LINEAR 3D PRINTING
A collection denoted by linear and simple shapes, the layers are straight and visible, to showcase the production method, additive manufacturing. A simple glaze is applied inside, to not cover the aesthetic component of the layers, but to add a glimps of colorful and playful character.
This is the linear printing collection, tea pots and coffe cups, sliced through parametric, computational softwares that allows in this sense to fully control the printing paths. Managing to create a simple continuous line throught the whole print.
The experimentation goes different clay bodies, porcellains and stonewares. Playing with colors, glazes and techniques. On the bottom layer, a reaction diffusion pattern with a square slot to allocate my stamp, my signature.
